Discover split screen mode
Use split screen
To use split screen mode, unfold your Pixel 9 Pro Fold. You can use two apps side by side for productivity, ease and fun.
Drag to split
While one app is in use, slow-swipe up from the bottom of your screen to open your taskbar. Then, touch & hold another app and drag it out of the taskbar to put it in split screen mode with the other app.
Split from your home screen
From the home screen, long press an app. From the menu that pops up, select Split screen 
to stash that app on the right side of the screen.
Tap another app and it will open on the left side, and the split screen arrangement will come together.
Split from the Overview menu
From Overview, choose an app and tap the dropdown menu. Select Split screen to stash that app on the right side of the screen.
Tap another app and it will open on the left side, and the split screen arrangement will come together.
Split from the shortcut menu
While one app is in use, long press another app icon in the taskbar. From the menu that pops up, select Split screen. The second app will open on the right side of the split screen arrangement.
Save an app pair
You can access two apps that you frequently use together in split screen mode by saving an app pair to your home screen.
While in Overview, tap Save app pair 
below your recently used app pair.
